Hey, hey! So this post was unexpected but I am glad to be able to share another chance for all of you to win another book, this time it's Colleen Coble's new book, Rosemary Cottage, as well as a new Hallmark film on DVD titled Smart Cookies.

Though I have not read the book yet (review will be up next week) - the first in the series, Tidewater Inn was a gorgeous summer read, the movie is cute. If you like Hallmark Channel's programming, you're likely to enjoy the film. It's got a cute cast - Bailee Madison who played young Snow in Once Upon a Time, and a fun story.

Read on below for all the product details and rules of this giveaway!

Both giveaways are open to U.S and Canadian readers. One comment will count as an entry for both giveaways so long as you "enter" the information in both widgets. Also, please I will just ask that anyone who leaves a comment under "anonymous," please leave the same name you enter into the widget - it's not nearly as easy to try and match comments when there is no name and in fairness to everyone else, I want to be able to be sure everyone who used the Rafflecopter correctly has a fair chance at winning against those who abuse it - believe it or not, there have been a couple people that I could not verify. So please, I don't mean to overwhelm, but just keep this in mind when entering future giveaways. I'd sure appreciate it!

Rosemary Cottage by Colleen Coble
Amy came to Rosemary Cottage to grieve, to heal, maybe even find love. But there’s a deadly undertow of secrets around Hope Island….
The charming Rosemary Cottage on the beach offers Amy Lange respite she needs to mourn her brother, Ben. She’s even thinking of moving her midwife practice to the Outer Banks community. It’s always been a refuge for her and her family. She also wants to investigate Ben’s disappearance at sea. Everyone blames a surfing accident, but Amy has reason to wonder.
Coast Guard officer Curtis Ireland has lost a sibling too. His sister, Gina, was run down by a boat, leaving him to raise her infant daughter. If anyone knew who little Raine’s father was, Curtis could lose his beloved niece. Yet he can’t help being drawn to Hope Beach’s new midwife, Amy. He even agrees to help her investigate what happened to both Ben and Gina.
Can two grieving people with secrets find healing on beautiful Hope Island? Or will their quest for truth set them at odds with each other…and with those who will go to any length to keep hidden things hidden?

Smart Cookies
Julie Sterling (Jessalyn Gilsig) is a high maintenance realtor who is just two sales away from being named “Real Estate Agent of the Year.” A firm businesswoman, her schedule doesn’t leave much time for anything else, including relationships. So when her boss Lola (Patricia Richardson) launches a closeted promotion for the company masquerading as companywide commitment to community pro-social work, and assigns Julie to lead a struggling local Girl Scout troop, Julie is full of protests. Then, she meets the group of hopeless girls, a troop named the Fireflies, including eager new member Daisy (Bailee Madison). As she gets to the know the girls and sees their desperate need for friendship and self-esteem, Julie begins to do whatever it takes to transform them from zeroes to heroes in the annual cookie sale competition against their rivals, the Monarchs.

  1. I have read so many of Colleen's books!!

    1. Sure like her "style," Alyssa - while I do have favorites within her books, I think the only one I didn't love was 'Blue Moon Promise.'

  2. I was looking at these books from Colleen the other day. Such beautiful covers! The stories sound good too. Thanks for the giveaway!

    1. How fun! I think you'd like Colleen's books, Cathy. She has a great contemporary "western" series and this series of books (which is her newest) are spectacular!

      Best of luck.

  3. Rissi, I love Hallmark movies, and I so appreciate the chance to win this one! Thanks for all you do on your lovely blog! :D

    1. *high five*

Me, too, Amber! I know the plots are usually "silly" or have been done before but it's refreshing to watch a movie that doesn't leave me cringing over its profanity or the body count.

Thanks for your participation. Good luck! :)

  4. Thanks for the giveaway! I've never read any of Colleen Coble's books, but she's probably one I should put on my list to check out. :) And Hallmark movies...gotta love them. Even if some are just a bit corny, I still enjoy them! :)

    1. Oh, me too, Valerie! Hallmark movies are SO refreshing because of their wholesome, refreshing elements. :)

Colleen's novels are superb! Hope you enjoy her style if you find opportunity to read them. :)

      Thanks for your participation.

  5. I've read 2 of Colleen's book so far, and I'd love to read this one, too.

I just love Bailee Madison, so I've got to watch this movie! She's got to be one of the best child actresses out there, imo. ;)

    1. Forgot to mention, I signed up under Tammy "WS".

    2. Colleen has a unique voice, Tammy. I own her contemporary "western" series as well as the first novel in this series which is EXCELLENT reading. :)

Bailee is adorable. Her acting is full of personality and even that would be an understatement. She was in a movie with Jennifer Aniston a while back and WOW that role she nearly stole the show. Too bad the movie was full of inappropriate behavior. Made me sad. :/

Great - thank you! I am at a loss as to who enters if they comment under "anonymous." :)

  6. No I haven't but I would love the chance to win.

    1. Wishing you the best of luck then - Colleen is a great writer!

      ...are your entries under Jeanne?

  7. Replies
    1. Isn't she a doll, Raquel!? Her acting is so personality fueled. :)
