Can't Let You Go Book Giveaway

Good afternoon, awesome friends! I wanted to give everyone who commented on the blog or tagged me on Twitter over the weekend a shout-out! I always look forward to "catching up" after the weekend and this weekend, aside from my phone, I did not log onto social media ONCE or use the computer for blog, Twitter or writing and it was lovely. So... thanks for all the fun conversations on the various reviews or blog posts. It's all fabulous.

Because I was out of the loop on what was new and exciting this weekend, I missed the release of Jenny B. Jones Brand-new novel, Can't Let you Go. *throws confetti* Celebrating that, I am hosting a spur-of-the-moment giveaway that will just last for a few days this week. The winner will receive a Kindle copy of the novel - and may I just say, if you've not enjoyed the greatness that is a Jenny B. Jones novel, you are missing out. If you'd like to enter, the details are below.

This giveaway(s) is open to anyone. Also, please I will just ask that anyone who leaves a comment under "anonymous," please leave the same name you enter into the widget in your comment - it's not nearly as easy to try and match comments when there is no name and in fairness to everyone else, I want to be able to be sure everyone who used the Rafflecopter correctly has a fair chance at winning against those who abuse it - believe it or not, there have been a couple people that I could not verify. So please, I don't mean to overwhelm, but just keep this in mind when entering future giveaways. Also, make sure that your email address is the right one to reach you at as that is how I will contact you - if I don't hear from you within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.

To be entered in the giveaway, just enter as much or as little as you like into the Rafflecopter widget... and good luck everyone! This giveaway ends on September 25th. (Then, be on the lookout for a giveaway from a highly anticipated Christian fiction novel... think Jane Austen related.)

Synopsis: An old love whose kisses make her weak, but whose secrets threaten to destroy all she holds dear...

Fresh out of college, Katie Parker had it all—a charming romance, a role in a famous stage production, and an idyllic life in London. Until she found her boyfriend cheating and got herself fired from the play. Leaving everything behind, Katie hops a plane home, only to run into her first love, Charlie Benson. As the couple returns to In Between, Katie questions everything she ever thought she wanted—including a renewed romance with her high school flame.

While she attempts to rebuild her life, Katie's plan to manage the family’s theater meets a devastating obstacle, dragging her into a legal battle that will rock her small town. And the boy who once broke her heart seems to have the power to do it again. As Charlie’s secrets unravel, Katie must make a choice. Can she overcome her past and trust Charlie with her heart again? - Goodreads

  5. I am going to New Zealand for a couple of weeks in October and since there is a LOT of flying involved, I'm hoping to pack a few books. I need suggestions for good reading...??? (I wish I hadn't read Hunger Games yet because that series would be PERFECT.) =)

    1. Well, lots of flying deserves LOTS of good reading! One book I did read that is AWESOME (but it probably won't be out yet) is Katherine Reay's Lizzy & Jane. It's a beautiful book though definitely "adult" (not in a content/bad way, just storywise). If you like comedy, Jenny's books are fabulous - I'm off and on reading the first book in this series, In Between and it's delightful thus far. :)

    3. In your browsing, I hope you find some good ones, Maria - oh, I'm also reading Thunder just now, which is interesting if you like dystopian-type stories. :)

  6. WHAT. Jenny B. Jones has a new novel?!? A Katie Parker continuation?!?! *mind blown* How did I not know about this??

I'm sorry for my over-enthusiasm, but I really really love Jenny B. Jones. I literally just ran to tell one of my sisters who is also a huge Jenny B. Jones fan. I am swamped with TBR's right now, but I will be reading this ASAP.

THANK YOU for sharing this! :)

    1. No apologies necessary when it comes to over-enthusiasm for Jenny B. Jones, Bekah: I am in the same boat. I was thrilled when I learned Jenny had a new novel coming and am trying to read through the Katie Parker books now so I can read this newbie straight away. It sounds EXCELLENT. I know how you feel. Who needs a TBR when there is a Jenny B. Jones book to read?! Her humor is awesome. :)

      Happy reading.

    1. YES! I'm so excited to have fellow book addict excitement for this new novel, Abbi. It looks and sounds fantastic. Plus, I'm enjoying the earlier Katie Parker books a lot; believe it or not, I'd never read them, so when I learned she was writing a new one in the series, I immediately bought book one and later the final two. :)

  11. O my word!
I read the Katie Parker Productions series and loved it.
I didn't know she had made a sequel to it!

I am currently taking a small break from reading ( just for a week or so).
I do want to read 'Pegasus' by Robin McKinley soon, though.

    1. Yay! I'm glad to know you liked the Katie Parker books, Ella; I'm reading the first one now and it's SO good. Cannot wait to see what comes in the new novel.

Reading breaks are always good. I've been taking a writing break, but well, I don't think I could afford a reading break just now... too many books on my TBR. ;) Hope you enjoy Robin's book when you get to it.
