Not in the Script Book Giveaway

Since I rarely seem to find a secular novel that I liked so well as the adorable Not in the Script - which I reviewed today in case you were interested, I decided to have a giveaway for an e-copy (or paperback) of the novel. The book follows a young TV star named Emma and her blossoming relationship with her cute co-star, Jake. If you like any kind of behind-the-scenes Hollywood, "fairytale" stories, this is one of the MOST darling books you could read. Plus Amy is a fun author to chat with on Twitter too, so be sure to follow her.

The rules are as follows:

This giveaway(s) is open to U.S. readers (if you want the paperback version). Also, please I will just ask that anyone who leaves a comment under "anonymous," please leave the same name you enter into the widget in your comment - it's not nearly as easy to try and match comments when there is no name and in fairness to everyone else, I want to be able to be sure everyone who used the Rafflecopter correctly has a fair chance at winning against those who abuse it - believe it or not, there have been a couple people that I could not verify. So please, I don't mean to overwhelm, but just keep this in mind when entering future giveaways. I'd sure appreciate it!

To be entered in the giveaway, just enter as much or as little as you like into the Rafflecopter widget... and good luck everyone! Since the novel releases on October 7th, this giveaway won't end until September 29th. (Then right around the time this giveaway will be drawing to a close, be on the lookout for a giveaway from a highly anticipated Christian fiction novel... think Jane Austen related.)

Synopsis: Millions of people witnessed Emma Taylor’s first kiss—a kiss that needed twelve takes and four camera angles to get right. After spending nearly all of her teen years performing on cue, Emma wonders if any part of her life is real anymore . . . particularly her relationships.

Jake Elliott’s face is on magazine ads around the world, but his lucrative modeling deals were a poor substitute for what he had to leave behind. Now acting is offering Jake everything he wants: close proximity to home; an opportunity to finally start school; and plenty of time with the smart and irresistible Emma Taylor . . . if she would just give him a chance.

When Jake takes Emma behind the scenes of his real life, she begins to see how genuine he is, but on-set relationships always end badly. Don’t they? Toss in Hollywood’s most notorious heartthrob and a resident diva who may or may not be as evil as she seems, and the production of Coyote Hills heats up in unexpected—and romantic—ways.

This novel in the deliciously fun If Only romance line proves that the best kinds of love stories don’t follow a script. - Goodreads

Best of luck, all.

  1. I'd love to be entered for this book. I adore romantic comedies.

Let's see, my current read? I'm currently reading one YA novel, one historical, and one romantic suspense. I'm ADORING the romantic suspense.

  2. I loved The Jewel! It blows The Selection and Matched series out of the water! My Year of Epic Rock is mainly middle school but adorable!

    1. Oh, wow. That is high praise, Shannon - particularly for my reader tastes since I tend to fangirl over 'The Selection.' ;) I have The Jewel, but haven't read it yet.

    1. So I keep hearing, Raquel. I am ashamed to admit I'm still not on the River of Time bandwagon. It's my loss.

    1. That's awesome, Maria! I don't believe Robin is an author I've read (I know who she is though) with, but I should look into those novels. :)

    2. Definately!!! I prefer the Katie series over the Christy ones. (Which come before Katie's.)
