Meet Sara Ella

Debut author, Sara Ella’s journey towards publication began with an idea and eventually (after trying blogging) led to her Youtube channel. When asked about her channel, Sara says it’s a place where she can be herself. Plus it allows her to combine her love of books and video editing. Sara’s tagline is “Happily Ever After is Never Far Away.” Furthermore, she believes “we all have the opportunity to be adopted by the King. He’s the reason I write. He’s my once upon a time, my happily ever after, and like Prince Charming He always finds me.

Fun Facts about Sara Ella:

+ Anyone who follows Sara Ella’s channel knows, she’s a fan of the random dance party. (Because, who isn’t!?)
+ Sara is Hook’s (Once Upon a Time) biggest fan.
+ She worked for Disney (playing a Disney character)
+ Self-professed Coffee Snob
+ Ky is her favorite character in Unblemished
+ Eliyana gave her the most trouble to write

BOOK SPOTLIGHT, Unblemished

Eliyana has always recoiled from her own reflection in the mirror. But what if that were only one Reflection—one world? What if another world existed where her blemish could become her strength?

Eliyana is used to the shadows. With a hideous birthmark covering half her face, she just hopes to graduate high school unscathed. That is, until Joshua hops a fence and changes her perspective. No one, aside from her mother, has ever treated her as normal. Maybe even beautiful. Because of Joshua, Eliyana finally begins to believe she could be loved.

But one night her mother doesn’t come home, and that’s when everything gets weird.

Now Joshua is her new, and rather reluctant, legal Guardian. Add a hooded stalker and a Central Park battle to the mix and you’ve gone from weird to otherworldly.

Eliyana soon finds herself in a world much larger and more complicated than she’s ever known. A world enslaved by a powerful and vile man. And Eliyana holds the answer to defeating him. How can an ordinary girl, a blemished girl, become a savior when she can’t even save herself?. – Goodreads

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

This is a YA urban fantasy with major fairy tale vibes, although it isn't a retelling. I think if you like the show Once Upon a Time you would really like Unblemished... - Between Chapters, Amazon Reviewer
A breathtaking fantasy set in an extraordinary fairytale world, with deceptive twists and an addictively adorable cast who are illusory to the end. Just when I thought I’d figured each out, Sara Ella sent me for another ride. A wholly original story, UNBLEMISHED begins as a sweet melody and quickly becomes an anthem of the heart. And I’m singing my soul out. Fans of OUAT and Julie Kagawa, brace yourselves.” - Mary Weber, author of the Storm Siren trilogy
One of the ways this story really shines is through the descriptions of the settings and the characters' emotions. The imagery is familiar and yet slightly foreign...vivid...enchanting. The author's individual style is evident in the writing. And the musical references and metaphors are a nice touch! - Amber Stokes, author of the Heart's Spring trilogy
Sara's debut is so very good and one that kept me up late or sneaking off to read. I couldn't and didn't want to put it down! ...The feels are real and they're not going away anytime soon. - Laura, Goodreads Review
It's beautiful and lyrical and will suck you in before you know it. By the end, you'll be like, 'Jacob and Edward who??' - Jodi, Amazon Reviewer
