Giveaway | Dani Pettrey's 'Still Life'

Hello, reading friends and fellow book nerds! Happy Monday. I do hope your week has gotten off to a smashing start. With the start of this new week, I decided today was a great day to a. review one of my favorite new reads (of 2017) and b. offer one of you, my fabulous readers, a copy of said book.

The feature book? Dani Pettrey's Still Life. Here's the details of the novel.

STILL LIFEBlacklisted in the photography business over a controversial shot, Avery Tate answered an ad for a crime scene photographer. She expected to be laughed at, but crime scene analyst Parker Mitchell hired her outright--and changed her life. But six months ago, when her feelings for Parker became too strong, she left his employ to sort out her heart.

Now, for the first time, Avery is facing the world that rejected her to attend the gallery opening of a photography exhibit and support her best friend, who modeled for the show. But the only image of her friend is a chilling photo of her posing as if dead--and the photographer insists he didn't take the shot. Worse, her friend can't be found. She immediately calls Parker for help. As Avery, Parker, and his friends in law enforcement dig into the mystery, they find themselves face-to-face with a relentless and deadly threat. – Goodreads

  2. My current read is Conspiracy of Silence by Ronie Kendig. I love her military/intrigue action stories. I read Cold Shot a couple of months ago and have been eagerly awaiting the release of Still Life. I am very intrigued by this group of friends and the mystery surrounding their friend Luke. Can't wait to read it.

    2. Hi Rissi, I received an email from you saying I had won the giveaway but both times I tried to reply to your email I get a notice saying Delivery Status Notification Failure which I assume means that you have not received my response?

    3. My apologies, Brittaney. I did receive your email. For some reason Hotmail doesn't play nice with other email providers, but (so far), I have always gotten emails that send an automatic reply to the sender with a "Delivery Status Failure" note. Thanks for checking in - I always like to be sure of things like this. :)
