Can't Wait / Waiting on Wednesday | Second Edition

Hello, readers and followers! As we do on every Tuesday with Top Ten Tuesday (this week was all about spring TBRs if you wanna' have a look), today we're again joining the "Waiting On" fun with Can't Wait Wednesday! Later this week the plan includes a review, and a giveaway (one that's all about Beauty and the Beast). So swing by again to check that out.

Back on topic, unfortunately, today's feature doesn't have an official synopsis (yet!) but its cover was just revealed Monday, and though it's a ways off (doesn't release until August!), I couldn't resist featuring it to stir further excitement. Plus, who knows, perhaps I'll feature this one again in this meme (it will totally deserve it!) close to August.

Linking up with my Bookstagram partner in crime, Tressa of Wishful Endings

Can't-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted here to spotlight and talk about the books we're excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they're books that have yet to be released as well. It's based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by the fabulous Jill at Breaking the Spine. (Find out more here.)

For today's meme, I'm turning the spotlight on Melissa Tagg's upcoming (squee!) contemporary romance, All This Time. Since there is currently no official synopsis, I thought I'd share with you what Melissa said when she revealed her cover on Facebook

ALL THIS TIME
Publisher: Larkspur Press
Genre: Contemporary Romance; Independent
Publication Date: August 2017
Guys, this is probably my favorite of all my book covers. It's a little different from my others in that we don't get to see Raegan and Bear's faces. And I love that. Because as I started thinking / planning / dreaming about this book, I kinda couldn't see their faces either. They've popped up in SO many past stories, but I didn't feel like I really knew them.

But now...I know them. I know Bear's heartbreak and I know Raegan's fear and I literally teared up over the weekend as I did some character journaling in an effort to get in their heads. (Okay, actually, that's not quite accurate. I flat-out ugly cried.) Every book is a personal journey...and this one...phew. That's all I'll say for now, other than I love these fake people.

And I cannot wait to share their story with you...in late August! - Melissa Tagg

  1. Hi Rissi. Goodreads is strange this morning. I can't log in at all!!! Very peculiar. :) So, I couldn't see the TBR list I have there. Well, today I am very excited to begin reading, "The Lost Girl of Astor Street," by Stephanie Morrill. Yes, it has already been released. A missing girl! And, a best friend who is determined to solve the mystery. It certainly sounds like a good read. :) I haven't read any books by Melissa Tagg!!! Shocking, I know.

    1. Uh-oh! Isn't that annoying when this happens?? I've been having Internet troubles, so I know that curious feeling when we ask, "What's going on??"

YAY for 'Lost Girl.' REALLY enjoyed that book. I'm looking to discover more YA historical, and this book (apart from being really well written) was a great step in the right direction. :)

Hope you enjoy Melissa's books if you ever read them. You can actually snag (I think) one of her novellas free on Amazon Kindle. It's kind of a prequel to his, her Walker family series. Let me know if you ever have a chance to read something by Melissa.
