The TMI Tag: Booktube Edition

by

Hey readers and friends! Today we’re again having some fun with a little bookish tag, specifically The TMI Tag: Booktube Edition.

So, today we’re doing the TMI Tag, Booktube style! This was created by Jinx Books, and the questions number up to fifty – say what??? That’s a few too many for me to answer here, plus not all cater to my style or preference of reading. Hence the fewer questions.

LIST | 12 (MORE!) OF THE HAPPY HALF-HOUR TV SHOWS TO ENJOY, PART 2

With all that said, let’s forge ahead and get to answering some questions. *flexes fingers over keyboard* *starts typing*Let’s do this thing.

1. What fictional character has the best style?

Though I really like style and fashion, I don’t seem to pay too close attention in books. Unless it’s a really dominant part of the character’s personality. That said, I would love to raid America Singer’s closet. For reasons.

2. Your book boyfriend/ fictional crush?

Narrowing it down is impossible. So I won’t.

8. Book OTP?

Cayman and Xander from The Distance Between Us

10. Favorite Book-to-movie soundtrack?

Not a book-to-movie per se, but I love the specific song, ‘Agony’ from the Into the Woods soundtrack.

13. [How Long have You Read]?

As far back as I can remember! From my Bernstein Bears books (aww, the memories!) to my graduation to American Girl books, I was always a reader.

16. Favorite* book quote

“Maybe that’s what love is—sacrificing yourself to save another, taking the insult or taking the hit.”  – Katherine Reay, Dear Mr. Knightly

*One of my favorites

18. Favorite book cover?

Um, there’s no way I can chose A favorite, so here’s some recent favorites.

21. How long do you need to finish a book?

TURTLE READER! That’s all I’ll say.

24. Turn on in a character?

Those who are genuine, albeit humanly flawed; have a desire to improve themselves or make their lives better (if needed); noble heroes; happy people who know how to have fun.

25. Turn off in a character?

Villains! Ugh. I am so not a villain girl; I like my heroes. *starry eyes*

32. Book you’re currently reading?

Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon

34. A book character you always wanted to talk to?

Lizzy Bennet! Mr. Darcy! (Even the PPZ Movie Characters!) Lucy Pevensie! (Admire her so much.) Jo March! Mr. Knightley! The Walker Family (Melissa Tagg)! The McKenna Family (Dani Pettrey)! Mr. Thornton! Margaret Hale! Mr. Tilney (Austenland)!

37. Book world you want to live in?

Provided I could merely make a visit, and then return home… Narnia, Longbourn (Jane Austen world) or even Doon (Doon by Lorie Langdon and Carey Corp).

That’s a wrap on the Q’s I’m answering with the TMI Booktube tag. Have you put this tag together? If so, leave your book tag links (booktube or blog). I’d love to come by and read your answers and the fun ways you put this tag together. Have you read any of these books or do you have an answer to any of these questions? Comment down below with your bookish thoughts!

Thank you for visiting Finding Wonderland.

  1. Yaaaasss. To this entire post. Checking out your booktube next! I still have to read Distance Between Us. Sounds super adorbs. ‘Agony’ is totally one of my favorites too! I am *SO* excited because Mia is involved with Spotlight Youth Theater (I don't know if you're familiar) and they are doing Into the Woods this year!!!! Mr. Thornton is my favorite literary hero, I'm pretty sure. SWOON. This was SO MUCH FUN!

    1. Aw, thank you, Bekah. I hope I've said this before: I appreciate your support and encouraging words. They always mean so much. Thank you. :)

I'm getting the vibe that ALL of Kasie's books are adorbs. Forgive me if I know the answer to this already, but have you read any of hers?

I don't know anything about the youth theater, but GO MIA! Into the Woods seems like a perfect pic.

*Swoon* Mr. Thornton. *Swoon* 'Nuff said. ;)
