My Apologies...

Saturday, February 4, 2012

I just wanted to drop by with a quick post to apologize for how "messy" my blog looks for those of you that use Internet Explorer as your browser. I had swapped out this layout for a new one and it messed things up even worse, so I believe that is when it happened. I don't know if it will be fixed today, but I will be working on it ASAP. (It looks just fine if you use Google Chrome.)

Again, I do apologize.

  1. I have Chrome. it looks so professional!!!!!! Sierra

  2. Oh, I'm sorry your blog layout isn't working for IE! I've had issues before trying to make sure things lined up between browsers; it can be a pain.

Thanks for your comments on my blog lately! You'll have to let me know what you think of the Denise Hunter books you read. So glad Twilight isn't your thing either - I just don't think it's well written at all. I could spend an entire blog post {or five} ripping apart the theory that that series is decent reading material. I hope you finish The Help - it is so good! And please don't feel bad about tagging me when others had - I loved your questions and it was so fun to turn all these tags into a week of vlogging.

Also, is there an email address you'd feel comfortable sharing with me? I find it easier to respond to comments that way. If so, you can leave it in a comment on my blog or email me at anniesmusings{at}gmail{dot}com. If you don't feel comfortable sharing, please don't feel pressured to at all!

  3. Juju - awesome. And, thank you. =) It is now "fixed" for IE, but there may still be some "tweaking" in the days to come.

Sierra - I mainly do too. When one of my friends mentioned that she had to scroll down through a bunch of random stuff to get to the posts, I was a little surprised - I checked it out in IE and it was all messed up. Fortunately, it is all better now. =)

    Thank you!

Annie - tell me about it! Gosh, but I DO NOT like HTML coding... which is why it has been good for me to do this in order to better learn about it all. And, I feel like I've made some progress. Still have a lot to learn though.

It is always fun to leave comments - and receive them. =) It is the best part of blogging; without friends/followers leaving them, the blogging process isn't nearly as fun. I CANNOT wait to read some of Denise's works. Right now I am caught up in some of Tracie Peterson's novels, but perhaps after that, I should finally crack open Denise's books. =)

I am SO NOT a vampire fan. I don't watch the shows or read any of the books. Since it has been such a craze it is fun to find others who feel as I do. The one vampire movie I watched was mistaken for an Indiana Jones-type adventure and it was so cheesy. ;D

Awww! I am glad you had fun with the tags - I enjoyed your answers. =) It was the first time for me and I was tagged twice in a row.

Email... sure, I do have one. I'll have to send you a note next week (it is way late now, and I need to get the computer shut down for the night). I just haven't shared it on the blog yet because I figure people can leave their thoughts in comments since I am notified when someone leaves a comment.

(Oh! and... The Help: definitely will have to finish it. My aunt read it in like two days last week and really liked it.)

Have a thought? Don't be shy, go ahead and leave one... or two... or three! I reply to every comment. If you're new to the blog, please don't hesitate to introduce yourself and your blog - we love chatting around here!

Feedback and every comment is appreciated and read - I always leave a response; your opinions are respected and I ask that you show mine the same courtesy.
